Returns & Exchanges

At Clé, we strive for perfection in every tile, yet we understand that projects can change. We offer a 30-day return window for most stocked collections in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Check Eligibility

    Verify that your items are within the 30-day return window and meet the minimum quantity requirement of 4 full boxes for return processing.

  • 2.
    Submit a Request

    Contact our support team with your order number and photographs of the sealed pallets or boxes to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • 3.
    Arrange Shipping

    Carefully secure your tiles on a pallet or in reinforced packaging; customers are responsible for arranging and paying for insured return freight shipping.

  • 4.
    Inspection & Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the tiles for damage and confirms they are in resaleable condition, a refund will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee.
